About Engela

Hi – I’m Engela van Eck, the calm, organised force behind VintoSize Administration Services.

For over 15 years I’ve been the person businesses turn to when they need things done right, done fast, and without drama. I started as an executive assistant in corporate environments, then moved into project coordination and systems building – always with a knack for turning chaos into clear, repeatable processes.

In 2020 I took everything I’d learned and went freelance so I could work directly with entrepreneurs and small teams who value precision, discretion, and a human touch. Today I help coaches, consultants, creatives, and agencies reclaim dozens of hours every month by handling the admin they never have time for.

When I’m not streamlining inboxes or building Notion dashboards, you’ll find me reading historical fiction, experimenting with sourdough, or walking my rescue dog along the South African coast.

Why “VintoSize”?

The name is a playful nod to my love of vintage things and my obsession with getting everything just the right size – no bloated systems, no unnecessary steps, just perfectly fitted solutions that work for you.
